How long does Health Coaching typically last?
Depending on a client’s needs and goals, health coaching can typically last anywhere from 3 months to 12 months. I like to tailor each client’s needs to their specific wellness plan.

What are your training/certifications?
I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I received my health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I also worked in natural healthcare for over 8 years and have been helping clients for over 4 years.
What does a health coach do to help me?
A health coach typically supports and guides individuals in making lasting changes to improve their overall well-being. They focus on areas like nutrition, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle habits. By providing personalized advice, encouragement, and accountability- a client should achieve all of their wellness goals.
How much does health coaching cost?
Health coaching can vary depending on the level of support you need and how long you'd like to work together. Some women are simply looking for guidance and a clear plan to get started, while others want more ongoing support as they work through deeper health concerns and lifestyle changes.
Because every situation is different, my coaching packages are customized based on your goals and the type of support that will serve you best. Most clients invest anywhere from $450 to $2,500, depending on the length of the program and what is included.

Who do you typically work with as far as clientele?
I believe everyone benefits from health coaching in order to achieve their overall health and wellness goals. However, most of my clientele are women. Typically women that also have children and are passionate about raising a healthy “next generation”.
