How a Bioenergetic Scan Helped Me Finally Get Answers About My Health

Have you ever felt like something was off in your body… but every test came back “normal”?
That was me with my skin rashes for years — frustrated, guessing, and trying every supplement and cream under the sun. I’d go to a provider, begging for answers or guidance and I’d get NOTHING in return.

Then I found bioenergetic testing, and it completely changed how I view health.

What Is a Bioenergetic Scan?

Bioenergetic testing is a non-invasive (uses hair and saliva) way to look at your body’s energy field — the system that helps all your cells, organs, and systems “talk” to each other. When stress, toxins, or imbalances interrupt that communication, your body can start showing signs like fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, or skin issues.

A bioenergetic scan measures those energetic patterns and reveals where your body is out of balance. It’s a powerful way to get insight into what your body needs — long before something might show up on traditional lab work.

A bioenergetic scan entails:

  • Overall system performance

  • Food sensitivities

  • Nutrient deficiencies (minerals, vitamins, enzymes, fatty acids)

  • Environmental toxins (chemical, bacterial, viral, parasitic, mold)

  • Hormonal imbalances

Albert Einstein once said, “Everything in life is vibration.” Every cell in your body gives off energy. When that energy is strong and balanced, you feel well. When it’s weak or disrupted, symptoms can start showing up.

My Personal Experience with Bioenergetic Scans

I first tried a bioenergetic scan when I was dealing with recurring skin rashes that nothing seemed to fix. Creams, elimination diets, supplements — you name it, I tried it.

When I ran my first scan, it revealed specific stressors and sensitivities that were burdening my system. I learned that my previously unhealthy lifestyle had severely impacted my liver health, so I was not properly detoxing at all. Once I supported those areas and addressed what my body was reacting to, my skin completely cleared.

That experience alone was incredible — but then it helped my daughter, too.

When she was about 6 months old, she developed what looked like a stubborn diaper rash that just wouldn’t go away. I was frustrated. I had avoided SO many toxic diapering products- how could this be happening? I decided to run a sensitivity scan for her, and it showed me exactly what to avoid while I was breastfeeding her. Within two weeks, her rash was gone. You can view her sensitivity results list here- it was A LOT!

That’s when I knew: this wasn’t just another test. This was a tool that helps your body tell its story. With that, I became certified to read these scans and now I offer them to my clients.

Why I Love Using Bioenergetic Scans With Clients

I now use bioenergetic scans with my clients as a starting point in their wellness journey. It helps us see what the body needs most — from organ support and nutrient imbalances to environmental stressors and emotional patterns.

Instead of guessing, we can finally listen to what the body is communicating and create a personalized plan to bring it back into balance. I’ve had clients do this scan for a multitude of reasons: constipation, rashes, brain fog, intense emotions, stomach pain, joint pain, and infertility.
